The time it takes to repair or replace a broken window depends on the extent of the damage and the type of window. Our team will provide you with an estimated timeline after assessing the situation. Fogged window repairs generally take between 2-4 weeks. Custom shower glass usually takes between 2-5 weeks. Full window replacement can take between 4-12 weeks.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards for our glass repair and replacement services, check is preferred. Payment is due upon completion of the work. We ask that when paying with cash that you provide the exact amount or let us know in advance that you will need change, we do not keep cash on hand. 

 Double windows are manufactured in a quality-controlled environment and sealed to keep air or gas trapped between the panes. Once the seal has failed, the water and staining that occurs from condensing and evaporating leaves a hazy film on the glass that cannot be cleaned to perfection.

 No. If you have condensation between panes, the glass unit will need to be replaced. This can usually be accomplished by replacing just the glass and not the whole window. 

Generally, if there are no issues with the window frames, then all that is required is to change the glass out with new glass.
