Custom Glass Orders:
- Custom glass orders typically require 2-4 weeks for delivery and installation, depending on the complexity of the order. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Insulated Glass Warranty:
- Insulated glass units are backed by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and failures but does not cover damage caused by improper use, installation by third parties, or other external factors.
Quotes and Validity:
- All quotes provided by Distinguished Glass are valid for 30 days. After this period, prices and availability are subject to change.
Payment Terms:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance of the order. This deposit secures your order and commits you to the agreed terms.
- The remaining balance is due upon delivery or installation of the product. Customers may opt to pay the balance by cash or check at the time of installation to take advantage of any available discounts.
- If the balance is not paid by cash or check at the time of installation, the credit card on file will be charged for the remaining amount.
Credit Card on File:
- By placing an order and providing a credit card, you agree to allow Distinguished Glass to securely store your credit card information and charge the remaining balance if payment is not made at the time of delivery or installation.
Deposit and Acceptance of Terms:
- By paying the deposit, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions outlined herein. The deposit is non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by Distinguished Glass.
Cancellations and Modifications:
- Cancellations or modifications to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations may forfeit the non-refundable deposit. Custom orders cannot be modified once the manufacturing process has begun.
Delivery and Installation:
- Distinguished Glass is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers or factors beyond our control. We will notify customers of any delays and work to reschedule delivery or installation at the earliest convenience.
- Customers must ensure the installation site is prepared and accessible for installation. Any additional costs resulting from site access issues or unforeseen conditions will be the customer’s responsibility.
Damage and Liability:
- Distinguished Glass is not liable for damage to glass products once delivered or installed, unless it is directly caused by the installation team during the installation process. Customers are responsible for inspecting the products upon delivery or installation to ensure satisfaction.
